Chrome has worn off on the ball sockets of arm rests. The chair cushions are still covered in plastic, just like the day it arrived, but due to being used as a product example, the plastic has worn out and ripped from some places. Nevertheless this has had no effect on the cushions themselves, which are still clean and whole.
